Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I received my furniture on the day it started snowing it was Friday Jan 22thWhen it arrived it was wrapped in plastic and card boardThe delivery men stated that they had a few more deliveries to make and it had begun to snowHow was I supposed to inspect merchandise when we where heading towards a snow stormAlso the furniture that I purchased is a complete rip off, when I went to price busters and viewed the merchandised on display it was nice and comfortableThe furniture that was deceived to me is cheap, hard with sunken pillowsWhen I brought this to the attention of price busters customer service I was told by a lady name MrsKeisha to email the problem along with picturesI did so but I was told by some manager that he could not tell if the couch sinks in when you sit down and for me to bring it in to the warehouse for inspectionNow I just paid over a 1000, for cheap furniture and price busters want me to load up a couch at my expense and bring it to Baltimore and I live in DCWHAT KIND OF CUSOTMER SERVICE IS THISTHIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OUT BUSNIESS AND I PLAN TO SUE THE OUT OF THIS COMPANY AND I PLAN TO GO PUBLIC VIA SOCIAL MEDIA IF I DON'T RECEIVE SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION Regards, Karl, per your request, this is a copy of the invoice of my purchase from your store on July 13, As you can see this is the invoice that was brought to my home by your delivery guys I did not receive the dresser nor the mirror and I noted that on the invoice I was told that this wouldn't be a problem but almost a year later and no dresser or mirror On several occasions I tried to work something out with you and to no avail Not sure why you are telling the that this is your first time hearing of this when I have spoken to you several times on the phone There was a second deliver date that was supposed to have taken place and after taking off from work your company didn't even show up I had to call you and you decided to tell me that the dresser was out of stock I had to call you to find that out after taking off of my job and using my leave This is very bad business I want the dresser or my money back.Thank you,
